Guests on our 2027 sailing with any mobility needs, severe allergies, respiratory needs, and other accessibility requirements must enroll in our SAFE program by filling out the form below before January 1, 2027.  

Guests participating in the SAFE program will be seated in the Grand Silhouette Theater in a designated ADA section along with a traveling companion. This area will be available for the entire cruise.

Please note: Our SVL Special Assistance Form is for internal use only, primarily to help us coordinate seating in the Main Theater and to share as a courtesy with the cruise line. Guests are still required to complete the official Celebrity Cruises Accessibility Form once you receive your booking number, about 2 months prior to sailing. This applies to both medical and dietary requests.
